How to Initiate Live On Line Help:

member of our support team will talk with you first to
determine the nature of the problem. |

| Step 1: |
Once you are
on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be
directed to initiate a screen-sharing
session. Simply click the CORRECT NAME to the Left. |

| Step 2: |
You
will be prompted to Open/Save a small virus-free plug-in.
Choose OPEN. |
|
|
| Step 3: |
With
your permission, your support representative can view your
screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. |
|
|
| Step 4: |
You are
in full control of your computer at all times. You
always have overriding control of your mouse and
keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at
any time. |

| Step 5: |
We will
log off of your computer when finished and you will be
100% free of our connection. The only way to get
connected again will be for you to click one of the
names at the left. |
