1. Can I reprint last month's inventory value detail?
 

No, not for a closed month. The inventory detail can only be printed for the Current open period. Once you close a month all the count numbers that are used for the report are moved to beginning and the ending counts are zeroed.

This is why we suggest you back up the data just before closing. Then if you need to go back to that "open" period for analysis or reports, you can simply place your backup data on the hard drive and open that data when you startup the program.
To use a backup data file:
1) hold the alt key down when you leave the password screen, and then "navigate" to the backup data.
2) Print the report using the old data.
3) Quit and delete that back up data.

Never use the original - and only - backup archive. Always copy it to the hard drive and then delete when you are finished.
