3. What happens if someone accidentally "throws away" or deletes the Cimarron BackOfficePlus icon from my desktop?
 

If you accidentally delete your Cimarron icon from your desktop, you will need to create a new icon. In order to do this, go to your Cimarron BackOfficePlus program files (either in your Panpoll Folder or your Cimarron Folder depending upon your POS system) and find your "CRS_().exe" file. Right click on this file and choose "Send To", then choose "Desktop (create shortcut)" from the popup menu. You will now see a file that says "Shortcut to CRS_( ).Exe" on your Desktop. If you right click on this new shortcut, you can choose "Rename" from the popup menu and change the name to CIMARRON BACKOFFICE.
